Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, safe or lucky they feel happy. In philosophy, happiness is translated from the Greek concept of eudaimonia, and refers to the good life, or flourishing, as opposed to an emotion.

Then tell me how you will be happy while you are holding a grudge on someone.

Life goes a lot smoother once you let go of grudges and forgive even those who never said they were sorry. Grudges let negative events from your past ruin today’s happiness. Hate and anger are emotional parasites that destroy your joy in life.

The negative emotions that come with holding on to a grudge create a stress response in your body, and holding on to stress can have devastating consequences (both physically and mentally). When you forgive someone, it doesn’t condone their actions; it simply frees you from being their eternal victim.

After Forgiveness you might find it difficult to forget the offence most time, especially when it drop a smear on you. Yes that’s what makes you human, and is very difficult to handle but you can still do it yourself

By     Re-informing yourself that no creature is perfect and looking at it as necessary lesson for an ideal growth.

A sound minded person supposed to see Forgiveness as an intentional and voluntary process by which s/he chooses to change his/her feelings and attitude regarding an offense and let go off those negative emotions. Don’t allow anyone control your happiness by waiting till the offender come and drop an Apology. Place yourself at the helm and steer the course of your life just by becoming aware of not only the damage you can create, but also the magic you can create, in any given moment.

Be the master of your own ship, forgive and let’s go but never fail to take the lesson from the offence and make a pivotal decision based on future outcome.

Look into all your past unworthy business associates, failed friends and relatives.

And clean up those emotional parasites and embrace a joyful life full of happiness

It all depends on how you handle negative situations

(If the Egg did not break who knows if the chicken will swallow the golden key)

We all need to have a stable life pattern

Be you are trader, a civil servant, an employer or rather an employee.

If you fail to have a system for yourself, people around you will choose one for you.

No matter how wealthy or successful you are, if you don’t have a pattern you can never guard your decision in case of adversity and this will always lead you to regret.

I never said you won’t listen to advice but always seek for advice rather than engulfing random people’s opinion especially in an emergency situation.

Remember advice means guidance or recommendations offered with regard to prudent action

Remind yourself that as a man lives challenge are bound to surface.

And your decision in the time of adversity determines who you are.

Emotions are the most present, pressing and sometimes painful force in our lives. We are driven day by day by our emotions. We take chances because we’re excited for new prospects. We cry because we’ve been hurt and we make sacrifices because we love. Without a doubt, our emotions dictate our thoughts, intentions and actions with superior authority to our rational minds. But when we act on our emotions too quickly, or we act on the wrong kinds of emotions, we often make decisions that we later lament.

Our feelings can alter between dangerous extremes. Veer too far to the left and you’re bordering on rage. Steer too much to the right and you’re in a state of euphoria. As with many other aspects of life, emotions are best met with a sense of moderation and logical perspective. This is not to say that we should stop ourselves from falling in love or jumping for joy after great news. These truly are the finer things in life. It is negative emotions that must be handled with extreme care.

HOW CAN I GUIDE MY EMOTION?

Ask for divine guidance. Faith is our saving grace in our darkest moments. No matter your creed, developing a healthy relationship with the divine world will help you surmount your obstacles more easily. This is because when you believe in a higher force, you also believe in the power of divine intervention to show you what you must do, teach you why something is happening or even save you from a certain unwanted situation. When burdened with emotion, close your eyes, envision a positive solution to your problem, and ask the universe to illuminate the best path forward.

Change your Thought and every other thing about you will begin to change gradually.

Even at the peak of temptation, His Grace will always abound in us.

Be ready to do any meaningful thing today no matter how hard or scary it could be as long as it leads you to a better tomorrow. Wake your Ass up, Expect nothing from anyone. Is time for you to take full responsibilities of your life

Don’t be afraid to make a short term sacrifice that prepares you for a long term gain.

Ask yourself you major Goal, neglect distractions and stick boldly to it.

Always remember that Life tests people every day. And for reasons we don’t know, everyone gets a different test.

Some struggle with Background, others with Friends. Either way, we all have to deal with what we’ve been given. Ultimately, what we’re given is all random. Genetics, location and financial status; it’s all one big luck of the draw.

Yet whatever circumstance life throws your way, you get to decide if you’re going to be a victim or a survivor.

The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss, and have found their way out of the depths. These persons have an appreciation, sensitivity, and an understanding of life that fills them with compassion, gentleness, and a deep loving concern. Beautiful people do not just happen. The tribulations of life and their desire to conquer have humbled them to harness the lesson in every stage of life and to use all the experiences to build themselves be the best they can ever be.

In other words, nice people weren’t born nice. They made themselves that way.

Watch them closely, you will find a series of metamorphosis both in their interactions with People, their social life, their Religious life, their business and working mode. And all gears towards a perfect and more defined life.

Even in the world of darkness into which many of them were born, nice people use positivity as a lantern to create more light.

Nice people have often been dealt a significant amount of bad luck. They’ve been thrust into harmful situations and gripped by destructive circumstances, like toxic family members or poverty.

And they have learned not only to succeed. They’ve learned to overcome. They’ve kicked off their crutches and somehow done the impossible: They’ve taught themselves to run and catch up to everyone else in a world that does not wait for anyone.

 

*And those who choose to be sour – the Victim – are weakest

They avoid challenges as they always seek for the safest and easiest way.

They keep blaming their parents for not having enough money for their proper training even at older age.

Keep blaming their siblings for holding them back

Keep blaming friends for putting them in one mess or another.

They keep blaming the government for Job Creation.

The keep blaming the looters for eating their own share of the national cake

They never took the responsibility of their life as they always blame but the people and things around them. And always wait for the time when everything will be ok so they can make a move.

Are you ready to be a Survivor or a Victim

 

Pull off anything that is holding you down. Make that bold decision today and rescue yourself, the people around you and your entire generation.
